The way most customers start: pay online to begin, and we ship the Etiscope kit and run a short onboarding. The pilot includes a physical kit and a trained assessor — so it's pay-to-start, not instant-on — and converts to the right subscription tier if you continue.

From Starter to Strategic, the tier sets the workforce it covers and the kit allowance beneath it. The headline capability set is the same in every full tier; a few of the deepest capabilities, such as cross-customer benchmarking, are richest at Enterprise and Strategic.
