About / Security & compliance

Built for the worker's trust and the buyer's due diligence.

Two audiences have to trust this platform: the workers it assesses and the security and procurement teams that review it. The posture below is written for both.

Worker privacy

The work is the subject — not the worker.

Not a worker-monitoring system

The platform assesses tasks and roles, not individuals. Workers aren't surveyed or scored as people — the unit of analysis is the work.

Privacy by design in capture

Video, where used, is optional and supports face-blurring. Capture is built for evidence about the work, not identification of the worker.

Anonymised, opt-out AI

Customer data used to train the platform's AI capability is anonymised and non-identifiable, and customers may opt out. No cross-customer leakage.

Supporting your review

We expect — and welcome — security due diligence.

JointAction supports procurement and security review with privacy and data-governance documentation, data-residency information and insurance certificates. Certification status and detailed compliance documentation are shared on request as part of a review.
